Renewal Application Workflow

  1. Membership Committe: Approximately 60 days prior to the member’s expiration date, use the renewal notification tool to notify the member that they are due for renewal.  This tool will send the renewing member an email instructing them to complete the member renewal application

    NOTE: As of 04/22/2022 the renewal notification tool is operational but is only available to site administrators; contact Dave Mroz for assistance.

  2. Renewing Member: complete the member renewal application.  The submission of this application automates much of the remaining renewal process.
  3. System: The system will send out the following notifications
    1. To the renewing member an email is sent thanking them for submitting their renewal application
    2. To the membership committee an email is sent indicating that a member has submitted their application.  This email contains all the details of the renewal application.
    3. If the renewing member selected “yes, I wish to renew” an email is automatically sent to all members via the members@professionalnetworkingalliance.com distribution list asking for feedback on the renewing member and the member company via the member feedback form.  Submissions of the member feedback form are emailed to the membership committee.
  4. Membership Committee: Continue processing the renewal application
    • Review renewal application including feedback/suggestions offered by the renewing member
    • Review feedback provided by other members
    • Review attendance records and other critical statistics to evaluate the member’s performance over the past 12 months
    • Conduct interview(s) with the renewing member
    • Vote to accept, accept with probation, or reject the renewing member.
    • Notify the president of the suggestion
  5. President (or delegate): Send notifications
    1. Notify the renewal applicant of the status of their application.
    2. Notify all members via the members@professionalnetworkingalliance.com distribution group as to the renewal status of the applicant.

Note: If the member opted not to renew or if their application was rejected, notify the marketing team to remove them from the website and email distribution lists and also notify the speaker rotation coordinator to remove them from the trade index.
