Speaker Rotation Coordinator

The Speaker Rotation Coordinator (SRC) is responsible for determining the order in which members give their featured presentations to the group.  The SRC is also responsible for assigning other members to do the speaker introductions, mission statement, and networking for leaders component.

Each week the SRC needs to:

• Update the trade index “Who is on Deck” section
• Email a PDF version of the trade index to members@professionalnetworkingalliance.com
• Print enough copies of the trade index so that each member and guest can receive one
• Arrive early to the meetings to distribute the trade indexes to all attendees
• Add the events calendar on the PNA website
• Add the events to any social media platforms

The SRC will need to work with the Mentor Coordinator to decide when to add new members into the speaker rotation.

The role of the Speaker Rotation Coordinator is under the President in the org chart.
